RTW SURPLUS CENTER 3We're back at Starmall Alabang! I would now feature the remaining ukay shops in that mall, starting with another RTW Surplus Center. This outlet is their third in the mall. Its also smaller compared to their other shops and that means less choices. They only sell clothes and most of their stuff are for women. Very few choices for men. Nothing much to say really because selection isn't that great either.
