OVERSEAS RTWOverseas RTW is located on the basement level of Starmall Alabang. You'll see it on one end of the mall. They sell clothes and also have a huge selection of shoes. Selection is just average but everytime i'm at the mall they're always on sale. Staff are also friendly.
