RTW SURPLUS CENTER 4This is the 4th RTW Surplus Center in Starmall Alabang, and this is not the last! This just proves that ukay ukay is one good business to get into.
Anyway even if this shop is huge they only sell clothes, you have to go to their other branch i featured earlier if you want to buy shoes and bags. I found quite a few great finds in this shop, But as usual there are more choices for women.
